Wooden box packaging and storage method

In fact, the raw materials used are very different and the customer is harmed! So the customer has already chosen. When we must integrate our own product characteristics, choose the wooden box suitable for our own products, only choose the appropriate ones, not the expensive ones! The fit is good and effective!
After the wooden box is successfully manufactured, it must be stored in a suitable warehouse to prevent mold, damage, wood worms, etc., otherwise it cannot be used normally and cause damage.
1. Carry out inspection, quarantine and pest control before entering the warehouse.
(1) Heat treatment process to ensure that the temperature of wooden raw materials is around 56°C for half an hour.
(2) Fumigation, it can be fumigated immediately with methyl chloroacetate, the temperature is 10 ℃, one quarter of an hour.
2. Check whether the water in the wooden box is within the scope of the specification, whether the structure and quality meet the packaging regulations, and whether it contains germs, pests, etc. Otherwise, it cannot be put into the warehouse.
3. The warehouse must be dry and ventilated naturally to prevent it from rot. Germs grow.
4. After the wooden box is carried, in order to prevent it from raining and wet and cold during the whole process of logistics and transportation, the waterproof and rainproof work of the wooden box should be done in advance, and the plastic film should be used for encapsulation.
If the wooden box is not well stored, many problems will occur when it is announced that the application will endanger the quality and safety of the product.
