The sampling proportion shall be 10% of the total number, but not less than 3; For inspection or sampling inspection, the representatives of the supplier and the consignee shall sign the same acceptance record in two copies, and the consignee shall hold the original as the basis for replenishment or non delivery; Immediately report the inspection results to the superior principals of both parties.
